Using Esri's ArcGIS platform, the U.S. Fire Administration's new applications let first responders pinpoint locations of areas most vulnerable to wildfires so they can better prepare and respond to incidents.
The Texas Division of Emergency Management and Texas A&M Forest Service are sending emergency management personnel, firefighters, engines and equipment to California after CAL FIRE requested assistance from the outside.
